Moveoff demo -- external controls with gladevcp panel

Moveoff_gui options:
(Note: the moveoff_gui is used in the -no_display mode)

  onpause  -- offsets when program paused
  external -- external controls in pyvcp panel

Moveoff component installed and connected using:

  [HAL]HALFILE = LIB:hookup_moveoff.tcl

Demo usage:
 1) Start linuxcnc using the 8_gladevcp config.
 2) <F1>   (remove ESTOP)
 3) <F2>   (turn on machine)
 4) <HOME> (home all axes)
 5) <R>    (Run the program)
 6) <P>    (Pause the program)
 7) Set halscope to ROLL mode and then enable offsets
    with the Enable Offsets checkbutton.
 8) Change the x,y,z offsets sliders and observe
    on halscope
 9) Uncheck the Enable Offsets checkbutton to remove
    offsets and allow program resumption.
10) Repeat steps 6) thru 9) but alter waypoint
    backtracking with the Enable Backtrack checkbutton.
